Frequently asked questions
How are QR codes created? Do they cost anything?
QR codes are generated automatically by the system and are completely free. Every table gets a unique code that you can download as PNG / SVG or print directly. The QR never expires — the code points to your own domain (menorax.bakuvisolutions.az), so it does not depend on a third-party service. Even if you change the menu, the same QR keeps working; there is no need to reprint it.
Do I need to reprint the QR when I change the menu?
No. The QR code belongs to the table, not to the menu. If you change a price, a photo or the whole menu, guests scanning the same QR will see the updated menu.
How does online payment work?
Payments go through Epoint — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. The restaurant connects its own Epoint account to the system and the money goes straight to the restaurant’s account. Card data is never stored on our server.
Can I split the bill with friends?
Yes. There are three options: pay the full bill, split it by headcount, or pick and pay for only the items you had. You can send the bill link to your friends — everyone pays their own share and the balance updates in real time.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. The system runs in the browser — a phone, tablet or computer you already have is enough. If you like, you can order QR stands and NFC tags for the tables separately.
