1. General terms

These Terms of Use govern bakuvisolutions.az, the online store and the digital services of Bakuvi Solutions LLC. By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Company’s legal details (name, TIN/VÖEN, address, contacts) are shown at the top of this page.

2. Services

The Company provides security systems (CCTV, biometrics and access control), IT solutions (websites, mobile apps, automation), SMM services and product sales via the online store. Scope, timeline and price are set in the order, offer or contract.

3. Account

Some features may require registration. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Unlawful use may lead to restriction of the account.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) unless stated otherwise. The Company may clarify price, stock or description errors before confirming an order. An order is accepted once confirmed.

5. Payment (ePoint)

Online payments are processed via ePoint. You enter card details on ePoint’s secure page. After a successful payment the order status is updated. Full card details are not sent to the Company and are not stored on our servers.

6. Delivery and installation

Physical products are delivered and/or installed at the address, time and conditions agreed at order. Digital services follow a separately agreed schedule.

7. Returns and cancellation

Unused physical products that keep original packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to legal exceptions. Installed or custom-made equipment is agreed separately.

Cancellation of service contracts follows the work already performed. Refunds of successful online payments follow ePoint and bank rules, usually to the same card.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer and/or Company warranty applies. Mechanical damage, incorrect installation or use other than intended may not be covered.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, texts, logos and software belong to the Company or rights holders. Unauthorised copying and commercial use are prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

The Company aims to keep the website available but is not liable for technical interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to upload malware or to breach security.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent courts of Baku.

13. Changes

The Company may update these Terms. The current text is published on this page.
